Jason passed away on June 16, 1997, almost two months after completing
40,000 miles from Nelson, Canada (British Columbia) to Ushuaia,
Argentina and back (the only member of the team to ride back).
His incredible personality, impressive riding skills, wonderful
sense of humor, and profound love of life will be dearly missed
by all who knew him.
The surviving members of the team wish to dedicate the ride and
this website to his memory. We hope the journals contained herein
impart even a fraction of this beautiful human being.
